The office brings together 20 years in the field of law and 15 years of practice as an attorney, with a degree from the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova (USM) and a Master of Laws.
Before entering practice in 2011, Attorney Bîrcă Ludmila worked from 2006 to 2011 as a state specialist in consumer protection — experience that built a rigorous attention to procedure, evidence and the protection of individual rights.
