The office is led by Attorney Bîrcă Ludmila, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the State University of Moldova (USM) and of a Master of Laws programme, with 20 years in the legal field and 15 years of practice as an attorney.

Before becoming an attorney in 2011, she worked from 2006 to 2011 as a state specialist in consumer protection. That experience inside a regulatory authority gives an uncommon insight into how supervisory institutions think — a practical advantage for companies that want to prevent problems rather than react to them.

Assistance is provided in Romanian, Russian and English, under the strict protection of attorney-client privilege.
